Le CreusetStoneware Figural Pumpkin Petite Cocotte, 12 oz., Artichaut

First, I'm in love with this little cocotte. Second, I'm so happy it came in its original box. This is my 3rd Le Creuset piece thru Amazon and the first I'm able to give 5 stars. Third, if you're getting these, know that the size is only 12 oz (350 ml) which is small, albeit a bigger than the regular 8 oz cocottes. They're also stoneware so they are unable to be used stovetop or direct heat. These are oven only (up to 500°F/260°C). It can also go in the microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. Don't go straight from freezer to preheated oven --it's pottery, avoid sudden temperature changes. The pieces all clean VERY easily, which I love. The fruit/veggies cocottes are really only ornamental for me but the beauty of them plus the functionality makes them worth the price. Just know what you're paying for! I got the meringue this time (since that's my color scheme) but might get the artichaut and persimmon as well!!

I purchase these 8 oz and 14 oz mini pots whenever on sale or available in my favorite colors. Colors are beautiful, more so in person. I use the smaller for candies on my kitchen counter and looking forward to onion soup and pot pies in larger. Great value because the go into high heat oven or toaster oven keeping their color, food warm, or super cold from fridge or freezer. I keep finding more uses as time goes by.Great gifts with some candy, special spices, or alone.

Well made as to be expected by this company. Also cute as can be. I actually have the large pot as well.

I bought this to hold little treats in and it was fit the decor I was going for. Well worth it! This felt sturdy when I opened it, and added the little dash of fall I was looking for!

As a Le Creuset collector and user of their enameled cast iron cookware, I am enjoying adding the mini Cocettes to my home. These pumpkins are great for soup/stew, desserts, oats, cereal,nice cream or fruit salads. I am looking forward to collecting these mini pumpkins and placing them out during the fall as decor. I recommend hand washing (I hand wash all my LC pieces) and keeping the box and lid holder for storage so the stem stays safe when not in use.

Was giving as a gift. Loved design but when received was way too small to use for what is was going to be used for. Cute for tiny baking or small cups of soup.

My daughter-in-law had picked this out as a gift thinking it was going to be bigger. When we received it I sent her a picture of it and she was very disappointed. For the price, you'd think it would be significantly larger. Seemed more like a $15-$20 product. Returned it.
