Birdee coffee Bold Eagle Vietnam
Came immediately and we love it! The aroma is great and it has the right amount of caffeine for me. It isn't a harsh flavor. And the roast is great! 💯 It's so smooth.

Unique coffee
Very unique coffee. The taste is amazing and a good pick me up in the morning.

Excellent roast, excellent bean!
This coffee (though expensive) lives up to it's price! Rich mocha notes, and just the right touch of tartness to counter balance lightly bitter notes. My chosen method of brewing is a french press - which yields a rich liquor. A traditional Vietnamese coffee dripper would also work quite well. This is absolutely stellar coffee, and I will buy again!

Underfilled, and flavor would be okay at 1/3x the price
My favorite medium-roast single-origin Vietnamese coffee is no longer available so I tried this after wincing at the price (Robusta is expected to be cheaper than Arabica beans). I was expecting the full flavor, full body, with hints of smoke that Vietnamese coffee is great at. This medium roast leans more towards medium body with little complexity. The smokiness is not for me - it comes across as a menthol / medicinal smokiness, not like a campfire smoke. Lastly, my bag was underfilled: 15.7 ounces including the package weight before opening. I was expecting 16ounces of beans plus package weight.
