I bought this to make a DIY vacuum extractor. Works great, super durable, and quality feeling product. A little pricey, but when you factor in your creating extractor for the 1/10 the price, it’s not that bad. Best extractor head I’ve used so far.

It's been two years that Ive had it and it works great

This is an amazing extractor head and is perfect for replacements or building your own extractor. I am a little upset it came cracked and I didn’t think much about it hoping it would still be alright( not having the time to send it back and wait a few weeks) now it’s became a problem while extraction I notice water coming out of the screw holes from the cracks. A common problem on theses heads. Just make sure that when you purchase this amazing tool to check for those cracks and if you have the time send it back and get a new one!

Good quality, very easy to use and fit.

The quality control at the manufacturer is non existent. I've bought 3 so far trying to get a good one and they are all broken with the same issue. I've seen many other recent reviews with the same issue. The plastic is broken around every screw. This is obviously because the screws were over tightened during assembly so much that it broke the plastic around the screws. It can be easily seen by the person assembling, packaging, and quality control (if there was any). These should have never been shipped out. This is an obvious issue with their torque settings on the assembly equipment that is somehow being overlooked. I would guess that there are thousands of these broken units sent out off that assembly line and the average person just doesn't notice until a month or two later when it fails. I really hope that someone sees this and addresses the issue!!!!! I'm dead in the water now with a broken machine until they do. For a simple plastic item that has such a big price, this shouldn't happen.

EDIT: (((you can fix it by contacting mytee ask for the B141B valve repair kit and they will ship you it for free. Install it and you should have no issues . Mine is working beautifully now. ))) Do not buy. Leaks like Hoover dam just exploded. I had bought this product twice and believe the gasket isn’t the right fit for the extractor head. Stay away please and just be something cheaper. The continuous stream ruined my car seats as everything was left extremely damp.

I love this hand tool,Very smooth to use has a Teflon type glide & also clear to let you see the dirty water being extracted, I fitted a smaller jet as the original puts to much water out when cleaning upholstery,I've used the prochem sapphire & the sheardry both are very expensive & cumbersome and they use too much water & as far as over wetting goes its how you use the hand tool isnt it, You need to penetrate the fabric to remove soiling then plenty of dry passes not skim over the top This tool is great for this. I've cleaned carpet & upholstery for over 30 years & This is just my opinion.
