Does what it says it'll do
I had never used an inversion table before so wasn't sure what to expect and I'm not actually sure it helps my back but I guess it doesn't hurt. It's heavy, but it does fold up so you can slide it away. I put it on the first level, which is about a 30 degree incline and it feels like I'm lower than I really am, which is comfortable for me. Not sure I want to go lower than that.

Super easily adjustable
Super easily adjustable, this inversion table is a great value for the dollar. They all do the same thing, but the ease of adjusting the headrest, and the markings that help you get it set up for your height/weight in seconds make this a really good choice. Plus you can adjust for the right amount of pressure on your ankles easily too. Putting it together was relatively simple with all necessary tools included for you. I used a ratchet instead and that sped up the building process. I've only used it a few times, but am really happy with it. Sturdy, easy, effective.
