Just what I wanted
Was smaller than I thought, so ordered another,but it does go a long way,chose this one after reading reviews, only tested it dry on a small piece of fondant and it seems to do the job.

Not metallic finish
Mixed the product with vodka. It gives off a matte orange-ish gold colour, so if you are looking for a metallic mirror shine effect, (like gold leaf) this is not the one to go for. It is otherwise good if you are looking for that matte effect or you can also use it dry for a gold lustre pearly effect. Gave it a 3-star rating only because it was not the effect I was looking for, not because of the product quality.

Nice blue colour
I used this to make white chocolate smash and it's a lovely colour blue. Very pleased with this. I also use to colour water to get grandson to drink more water.

Great for at home bakes
I wasn’t sure at first but once I added a good amount to my white chocolate ganache they colour changed exactly how I wanted! And the texture did not turn grainy
