Does it affect touch screen capability?

No, it does not. The screen protector is made of ultra-thin 0.33mm tempered glass, which not only protects your screen, but also does not affect touch screen sensitivity. The protector provides a smooth surface like the original phone screen.

Is this screen protector compatible with an Otter Box case?

Yes, our screen protector is compatible with most cases. There is approximately 1 mm of space between the screen protector and the edge of the case.

What should I do if I receive the screen protector used in an open box?

Sometimes mistakenly sends used products. If you encounter this situation, please ask us and we will send you a new one.

Do I need to install the screen protector into the tray just as other brands do?

No! Our screen protector comes preset in the alignment tray. Simply align the tray frame on your phone, swipe down the middle, and done!

Are the edges of the glass square or rounded?

It has rounded edges, tapers down, and blends in seamlessly. It’s super easy to install and provides full coverage. This is the screen protector you’ve been looking for!
