probably the best thing book to read if you have difficulty sleeping
Really interesting book, packed with lots of interesting information that helps you to understand why people do not sleep well, it helped me to readjust my sleeping habits for good, i now feel much better.Read it and see what it can do for you.

Super book, full of sound advice laced with humour. A good helpful read.
Excellent advice , as expected. The book gives more value than the title suggests, as there is also a whole section suggesting recipes which could help towards a good nights sleep!

Great book! Best I've slept in months!
Well written and very well researched. I love how the writing style is accessible to anyone, particularly a slow reader such as myself!It took a few go's but I managed to make it to the 4th week and I've not slept this well in a long time! This has been particularly helpful for my partner - they no longer have to deal with my grumbling in the morning.The recipes are also tasty and easy to make. Dr Tim's salad was a personal favourite. I'm with you there Dr. Tim - I too am a lazy cook!

I learned a lot about better sleepAlthough some of the changes are difficult to make due to the disruption but I am sure worth it in the long run
