Comfortable & looks great
Delivery was the quickest ever, delivery men were very polite and did a great job when setting it up. The sofa is very comfortable and looks lovely. They can't take the rubbish with them which is fine, a quick trip to the skips is no problem at all. Thank you.

The best customer service I’ve ever recieved!! Ordered it and delivery was scheduled, one of those dates clashed with a hospital appointment. Messaged the seller asking if this day could be avoided, a quick response offered me next day delivery!!! Delivery was arranged, the couriers were amazing. They unpacked and assembled the sofa and positioned it for me Excellent service from start to finish And sofa is amazing too

Update. sofa didn't take long to build with no instructions, Very comfortable to sit on, looks good, Would recommend to others. Seller was happy to exchange original sofa as 1st was damaged in transit.

Nice and comfy too sit on. But unfortunately after 2 months it tore on the front seem. Really disappointed. I've tried to contact the supplier but with know success.. so please be aware.

Nice sofa, couriers will completely waste your time
Sofa looks and feels really nice, definitely worth the money… couriers are an absolute 1 star though!! Called to say they’d be here earlier than expected which was amazing, told me they’d be there before 3 so I arrange that around work, get a phone call the next morning to say between 9-10pm instead which was great but managable… 10:30pm and still nothing and 0 communication and trying to call multiple times from the number they’d called me from!! 11:10 they call and say they will be 40 minutes, 12:20 they finally turn up and just dump it and leave after being told over the phone that it would also be built for us!! Completely unreliable

100% recommend
Absolutely lovely sofa comfortable, all parts work as they should. Easy to put together. Quite big. Delivery men were lovely. Ordered on 28th January wasn’t due until 21st February came on the 3rd February. Company rang the night before to say it would be delivered next day and delivery drive rang at 1 to say he would arrive between 2 and 3. I would 100% recommend this sofa. Couldn’t belive the price for the quality. Definitely darker than the picture look though near enough black but doesn’t bother me.
