This is actually worth the money. I’ve seen the differences on my hair and nails (not so much on my face) but I’m a nail biter and I have seen my nails grow fast in like 4-5 days. Not kidding here, bit my nails on Monday and just noticed they grew longer on Friday. And also, I have cut my hair almost to my shoulder a month ago and, lord & behold, my hair is almost reaching to my buttocks 😅 It also has me energetic the whole day! So buy them, keep taking the pills cause it is soo worth it! :)
