This product is horrible. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!I bought two of these and the both did the same thing. I initially bought one in March 2018 and it failed in June 2018.I tried to get assistance to no avail. Of course the return window had closed. I purchased a new unit in June 2018 and the same thing happened, failed in December. Here is the problem. When the chafer workes, it works well. Be then it will stop charging. Problem if with the receiver for the micro usb connection. When you plug it in, the light come on and then flash and go out. The charger will not charge at that point.Horrible producti. I wish I could give a no star ratting. HORRIBLE PRODUCT. In case I did not say it enough. It is Horrible.

I purchased this product because the reviews were decent and it was much cheaper than other wireless car chargers. I used the product for about 4 months until it wouldn't work any longer. We had a pretty hot summer in Missouri in 2018. The glue that holds the unit to the windshield melted. When it melted and the car charger fell, I got glue everywhere! After the glue melted I tried to use it on my dash instead and it wouldn't stick at all. I spent way too much money on this charger to only get a few months of use out of it. Very disappointed.

It cannot charge, but drain power instead. For instance, when I placed my Samsung 7S Edge on the charger and assured that it was charging by showing the charging red light with a battery level of 84%. After driving on a highway for 30 minutes without using the phone, the battery level became 79%.

I bought this charger for my Galaxy S6. When I received it I thought it seemed a little cheaply built, but was going to give it a fair shake. I installed it on the dash of my truck and plugged it in using the Fast Charging port. I like that no matter where I put my phone in the charger it picked it up and charged it. It also held the phone pretty well. What I did not like is that it never gave the fast charge that it claimed it would. I even tried my other fast charging brick that I know normally works. The second and larger issue is that, about a month after getting the charger I bought a new car, well there was no room to install it on the dash so I used the supplied suction cup to attach it to the window. Everything was great and it was stable and charging. The problem is that when I left work that afternoon and got to my car, the entire assemble and cradle of the phone holder were incredibly warped and partially melted. Granted it was hot out that day, but not that hot. Very cheap plastic.

Easy to install, charges slowly (but that’s expected with most dc car chargers), a number of options for adjusting the position of the charger to be right where you want it.Unfortunately, the adhesion on the unit I received is just very subpar. Every couple days now, the suction will go from “not moving at all, very secure” to “falls off the dash when I accelerate from a green light.” I now have to check the suction every time I get in the car. I forgot to do so yesterday, and I slowly pulled away from a green light, the charger came off the dash, fell onto the shifter/cup holder area, and shattered my phone screen. Fortunately I’d put a tempered glass screen protector, so I’ll just need to replace that. Still.. a huge pain to have to remember to reinstall the charger multiple times a day, or risk replacing a screen protector or actual phone screen every time.

It's a little clunky, but works like a charm. Have to be careful to set the phone in the cradle since my case makes my iPhone 8 a little thicker than the manufacturer expected. the little hole in the bottom arm of the holder is PERFECT for plugging in my wired headset.Even though I've seen warnings about thick cases preventing charging, my waterproof case (Ounne underwater) allows charging just fine.

Terrible. I bought two of these chargers and both are iterally melting and falling apart after only been used for a month in my two vehicles. The plastic used for this does not hold up in direct sunlight and will deform the shape of the charger. Because of the deformation, the screws can't be held in place allowing the arm extender to fall out from the base.The wireless charging also go on and off because the USB connector doesn't have a great connection to the main charging unit. This might be due to the melting of the plastic and/or that it is a cheap product.

I got the package and was really excited. I recently got a phone without a headphone jack, so having this in my car should have helped with my issue of charging while listening to music. My first impressions were that it wasn’t very well made. The plastic is cheap and flimsy, and the arm on the dashboard mount is not strong enough to hole my phone up. This would all be excusable if it actually charged my phone, but it doesn’t. When I first got it, it charged fine, for about 10 minutes. Then the next two times after that, it was pretty spotty, going from charging to not. I figured this might be because I had a case on my phone (my wireless charger at home works fine with the case), so I took the case off. I tried using this again on a long drive without the case on, and it didn’t charge at all. I made sure it was plugged in on both ends and that the phone was positioned correctly, yet still nothing. Overall this product is bad. If you want something that is high quality, and works, this is definitely the wrong thing to buy.
