I have no idea. That's not why I got this screen protector. I got it to protect my eyes from the blue light of the digital screen. I suggest you get something to cover your windows!

It reduces light reflection on my screen, so I think it also would reduce reflections on eyeglasses from the monitor. I have never noticed a reflection on my glasses while in Zoom meeting.
