I had a VERY itchy and smelly 4 year old Chocolate Labrador. he has been to the vets for everything known to mankind due to bald, flakey, itchy skin. we tried everything including switching him to Natures Menu raw diet but nothing worked. we then discovered that he has an allergy to all meats accept fish and also grains.. switched to this food and within less than a month his furr is growing back. We still have a few small patches but there is stubble starting to fill the gaps and his skin is no longer red raw and smelly. I have now switched my Springer onto this food also to avoid any cross contamination of foods as my Lab is VERY greedy and steals food so having to be very strict with him. The slightest tit bit and he starts scratching again. cant thank this food enough. highly recommended by my itchy Lab.

My chihuahua developed an allergy aged around 1. She started scratching a lot and then gnawing all of her paws until they were red. The vet said it was more than likely a food allergy, apparently blonde dogs are prone to this and the worst thing for them is chicken.I tried her on another brand of sensitive skin food which helped her get about 70% better so I kept looking which is how I found this.We have finished the weaning from one to another now and she is fully established on this food. I would say she is back to normal. Small amount of scratching and no paw nibbling at all. Massive relief to me! Would highly recommend.

This product arrived promptly, I ordered next day delivery at 7pm and it came at 8am the next day.I tried offering my dog a little handful and he didn't hesitate to eat it. I guess that's more a reflection of your dog's preferences rather than the product itself. My dog is super greedy and will eat anything, which is partly the reason he has a sensitive stomach!A lot of reviews claimed this product smells really fishy. If you've had arden grange chicken i don't think it smells too dissimilar. It certainly doesn't have a strong fish smell, I was expecting it to stink! It doesn't.I have a german shepherd who was on large breed food, that kibble is a bit larger than the normal kibble. This kibble is like small triangles. However, when I offered him some he did crunch it and didn't just swallow it whole so that's good.My dog has stomach issues so we'll see in a week or two if this recipe really does help.All in all this product is expensive but it is a high quality food and worth it in my opinion.If you feed your dog cheap food expect their appearance and possibly their health to suffer.If I ate mcdonalds everyday mine would too!

My 2 spaniels love this ocean fish arden grange. It dosnt smell too bad. Dosnt give the dogs wind & is great for their tummies. They r active dogs and this helps keep them fit and well with lovely glossy coats & sparkly eyes. You use less because its good quality, what the dogs produce is not offensive either.

My dog seems to have really taken to this kibble. I have a small bichon frise who had been going through a sickly stage. Soft stool, bloating, gurgling tummy etc. The vets ruled out anything serious and suggested I tried changing his diet. He was previously on berrimans chicken and rice. After a little research on grains and some dogs developing allergies towards all of the fillers I embarked on a non chicken variety and grain free option. My dog loves the taste and very rarely has tummy troubles these days. His bowel movements are back to normal and has a lot more energy, glossy coat and looks forward to dinner.
