They were both able to use the maker with no problem and the loved them.
They were gifts for a pair of cousins. One is three and one is seven. They were both able to use the maker with no problem and the loved them.

It Worked as described.
Received No Complaint's on this item so assume it works good or makes ice cream. As usual it was a gift, but it did work as instructions read.

My Experience...
The Chill Factor Ice Cream Maker did for me what it was designed to do, make soft serve ice cream... If... I used the Chill Factor right out of the freezer (after it had gotten a chance to become crunchy frozen)... If... I kept my ice cream mixture cold before pouring it unto the Chill Factor Cone... And Only if... I didn't overfill the Cone with my ice cream mixture... After squeezing it for a good 2.5 to 3 minutes... And then... I had some of the yummiest soft serve ice cream ever! Afterwards... Clean up was a breeze... Only if... I cleaned the Ice Cream Cone right away... But if... I waited until any leftovers harden, then cleaning became somewhat of a chore... FYI: -some of the recipes do have typos...so I invented my own using a custard base... -use 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and not the 2 tablespoons as written! -if or when my ice cream didn't become soft serve (or has not harden enough to my liking), I would then screw on the lid (the "top" part of the cone that's in the shape of an ice cream with its topping) and place the Cone in the freezer for an additional 20-30 minutes or so. Then, unscrew the lid and squeeze until the mixture becomes soft serve...

Waste of money
Buy a real ice cream maker. This one is disappointing and a lot of pieces.
