I would have given the product a hire rating but their are a few items that the seller should clarify or rewrite. 1) I have used poorly designed apps before and I never expected for the bar to get any lower until now. The app is thin bare and not intuitive. oh to date im still not able to register. Im sure many of you are saying read instructions, i did which comes to the next issue. 2) The technical writer, the proffer, reviewer, and approver should be fired. Reliable easy to follow instructions determines the user experience and if not done right can truly ruin a good product. The letters are too small, the instructions seemed rushed and 3) what would be extremely helpful is a contact number when issues arise. There is an email feature but it only works if the buyer has registered (catch 22). Right now I am still researching for the number. My suggestion is buy the product through a well known company with a trademark name since maybe a little pricier but yet what is the value of your time and patience.
