Eros Live

More than happy with the service and the product, will certainly buy again.

This CD is absolutely fabulous and I would reccomend everyone to have it is their collection. The tracks may not be new, but the true genius of Eros shines through each one of them and demonstrates his fantastic range of vocals and ability to sing in both spanish and english infront of a live audience of fans. The atmosphere of the the live concert is clearly displayed in this recording, where the listener is incorporated into the audience, if you close your eyes you can visualise yourself standing infront of the stage surrounded by screaming fans. Tina Turner and Joe Cocker who are guest vocalists also demonstrate their ability to sing before a live audience and sound better than ever. In these days of amplifiers and other noise making machines, it is refreshing to be able to hear a singer sing without the use of technology to alter the voice. Listening to the CD is an exciting expeirience and hearing the songs outside the studio setting is a real treat

Ich schreibe diese Rezension als Fan und Musiker und versuche somit diesem hervorragendem Album möglichst gerecht zu werden.Das Album beginnt mit einer kurzen Begrüßung von Eros und dann mit IO AMERO. Man stellt sich Eros allein mit Akkustik-Gitarre auf einem Hocker vor einem grossen schwarzen Vorhang vor ,vielleicht wie Reinhard Mey, und geniesst diesen Song und träumt davon ,ein ganzes Album in dieser Art geniessen zu können. Und Eros gönnt uns dies noch etwas beim folgenden UN ALTRA TE. Dann kommt die Band hinzu. Dezent ,sanft ,zart. Am Ende gleitet dieser Song ins jazzige ab. Dieser Jazztraum wird mit SOLO CON TE einfach weitergeführt, wobei solo con te eigentlich nur angerissen wird. L 'URAGANO MERI als typischer Eros Song. Funkig und Jazzig dafür wieder CUORE AGITATI. Ein schönes Duett mit Joe Cocker und COSE DELLA VITA mit Tina Turner sind hervorragende Akzente ,aber keineswegs DIE Highlights des Albums. Das Highlight des Albums ist diese intime Stimmung ,die sich durch das ganze Album zieht, hervorgerufen durch die spärlich wiedergegebene Live-Atmosphäre und dieser Klang und die Transparenz dieser CD. Interessant auch die spanischen Versionen von zwei Songs. Eine fantastische Version von ADESSO TU zum Ende des Albums macht melancholisch und das folgende DOVE CE MUSICA ist dann schon fast ein Stimmungsmörder ;-) .Am Ende des Albums festigt sich die Erkenntnis, das Eros Ramazzotti kein Schmachtsänger ist,sondern ein brillianter Musiker mit einer Schwäche für Jazz, welche ich auch auf einem Konzertbesuch erleben durfte und es bleibt der heimliche Wunsch,das ein Akkustik - Album zusätzlich auch nicht schlecht wäre.Diese CD ist einfach von ihrer Machart ein Juwel und jedem Musikbegeisterten zu empfehlen. Ob dies schmachtende weibliche Fans auch so sehen kann ich nicht beurteilen,würde mich aber interessieren.

Ah tout les charme d'Eros dans cet album. des invités de marques qui ne font que rajouter toute la grandeur de l'artiste.C'est donc tout simplement génial

Ich mag diesen Sänger und seine Musik sehr und so kann ich auch diese schöne Doppel-CD nur empfehlen. Viele schöne Songs für gut Stimmung - kann ich stundenlang hören!!!

Great cd love Eros

Not a huge fan of the man, but this album is a nice release. The only drawback is that is mostly in Italian, and they are spanish version for most of this songs. An impressive performance and good sound quality, if you like Eros go for it.
