Forged Accent 2-pc Paring Knife Set

I am extremely impressed with this knife set! The blades are incredibly sharp and cut through meat, veggies, and fruit like butter. They have a good weight to them and feel very comfortable and secure in my hand. The craftsmanship is excellent for the price. Highly recommend to anyone who loves cooking!

THey are as good as they are advertised

I like the quality construction along with the "sharpness" and agility of these knives. The blade to handle weight ratio is good. However, personally, I wish the knives had just a little more "heft" because I prefer a heavier tool in my hands. If you like light weight knives, you'll be pleased with this set. It is a pleasure using these knives because they cut easily fruit n veggies. I hope the high carbon steel allows the sharp edge to last a long time. Also, I use a wooden cutting board because its less abrasive to the knife's cutting edge. Overall, I like these sharp paring knives very much.
