Rose of Jericho

Been in water for a couple of days, opened 80% on the first day and looks like it will be fully open within the week. Almost no dead bits, very happy. Also arrived promptly in paper bag, (inside Amazon outer packaging) so nice and dry and safe. I purchased 3, 2 are for gifts. There are no growing instructions but that's ok for me (I knew what I was buying) but will need to add some instructions with the ones I am gifting, my small problem.

My mum is fascinated with her Rose of Jericho. She let's it dry out so she can watch it curl up and unfurl when watered.

I love this Jericho rose,it has open ,to the green half way,then it has stop opening,I bought special plate stone also charcoal. I now let it dry.

Nothing I like about it. Its not vet attractive to look at an its more brown dead looking than anything.nothing like the photo on Amazon. The only thing about it is the ability to come to life from a dried up ball .

The picture in the ad does not really represent what you get. It didn't open lovely and green. Most of mine was dead dead not resurrectable. I had to trim out load of dead dead stuff even after I'd had for a fair while

Well packaged. No instructions on how to look after it.

I buy a rose of jericho but I like to plant in the sandy compost, I will can do?
