A good bar with many useful features
The bar has a thick steel rod and the star shaped ends provide a good grip on the wall/doorframe. The grip is only set at a fixed distance, and not on the whole bar. The locking mechanism with the key provided is great. Value for money

Very good and durable for pull-ups
Really helpful for home pull-ups and strength training. It can be set up on any doors and can hold easily 70-80 kgs, I have tested. For setup just need to use the key and rotate and it will expand, with the help of indicator we can fix it straight. Over all good for kids and medium weight people

Ligament tear -ACL guaranteed
Please do not buy any pull up bar like this. I broke my ligament acl tear. I had to spend 2.5 lakhs to undergo surgery. Humble request to all of you avoid buying this. If bought already.. throw it away.
