Great and simple
So simple and straightforward for my requirements. I just wanted a simple remote control rather than a phone app or Alexa control etc. and this fits the bill. Dropped one star as the A23 battery supplied was flat.

Great way of controlling inaccessible light switches
Neat controller. It makes switching an array of sockets on and off remotely. We are using them to control an array of lights that are powered from difficult to access sockets. Great Kit.

Easy setup and very effective. They were also very reaponsive to my questions

Almost Returned
I almost returned these as one didn't work. I tried to reset and reprogram as per the instructions but I still couldn't get it to work. So after a couple of days and before I put them all back in the box I decided to have one more go. This time I held the button for over a minute to ensure it was fully reset and then programed it to the desired button on the remote and it now works perfectly. There was never a fault with the unit, it was just the silly operator. All good now.

really pleased, neat looking with a small remote that works really well, ideal for my Christmas lights. Would definitely buy again.

Dismal experience
This is a really poor product. Setting it up is incompatible with the instructions, and it took me hours instead of minutes. Now the remote controls only work intermittently. I'm very familiar with Remote control sockets - I've been using them for over 20 years, we have different 6 sets in the house excluding these. I'm very disappointed.
