Excellent, help with poor sleep. The sizing is a bit big but easily swallowed with a glass of water. They don’t really taste of much.

For years I've suffered by not being able to sleep well. My mind would be racing and flicking through random thoughts. I decided to try these out and I think they do indeed help with relaxing, clearing my mind and letting me sleep a bit better. The tablet is quite large but manageable with a sip of something. The taste is quite neutral and I didn't have any repeating. When handling the tablet, there is a weird coating which doesn't smell great...kind of musty. For me, I describe the effect as like wiping my mind a bit. It actually stops me focussing my mind and mellows me. Hard to describe but I recommend you try them if sleeping is an issue.

OMG. These tablets are horrific. They gave me severe heart palpitations to the extent that I had ZERO sleep. It felt like I was being trampled on by size 10 Dr Martens. There should be a clear warning on the label stating these possible side effects.
