Silicone goodness
17/4/25 Update: Following my review I discovered these mats were too big for my oven tray. The item is now 30x22cm, not 30x20cm as listed. As this size is not listed as a separate item I have to assume it wasn't the wrong item sent to me but that the product has changed so be aware. The rest of my review stands.Have ordered these a couple of times and find them such a useful alternative to non-stick parchment paper or equivalent.Being washable and reusable is obviously the biggest selling point as well as the fact they are the perfect size for most of my small/medium oven trays. I hate the faff of cutting the exact shapes of parchment paper needed for trays as if cooking wasn't a chore enough as it is. I don't need a Blue Peter task added in on top. That said, each one only lasts about 9 months before it degrades and has to be discarded. An equivalent roll of paper would likely last around the same time so I'm not sure either my pocket or the environment is better off but either way it's a nice convenience.Keep in mind that they're not impervious to high temps. Regularly cooking at 200 degrees or more will accelerate degradation of the silicone. It will first turn brown and then gradually start to peel. This isn't a product flaw. At this price point, all silicone will do that eventually.Overall, a nice affordable product which can help add some convenience and I would happily recommend them.

Just really really good!
Bought these as felt bad about using baking paper all the time and being wasteful. These are fantastic! Much thicker than I thought they would be, but that doesn't seem to make any difference - I've used them for cooking breaded chicken, meringues, cookies and Korean, and not a single thing has stuck or cooked unevenly. They're super easy to clean too. Definitely recommend!

A bit small for a standard baking tray
Works fine just a bit small. Can’t seem to find the perfect size.

oalfly Silicone Baking Mat Sheet (30 x 20 cm)
These are a nice size, I also have a set of the larger sheets too. Very useful non stick mats for baking, wouldn't be without them.

Measure you’re cookware before buying!
These are brilliant! Used for baking cookies, because I got fed up fighting to make baking parchment sit properly in my baking trays, and I’m stunned I didn’t buy them before! They hold really well to the tray, they don’t slip at all but they peel away really easily when you’re done cooking/baking. Cookies will stick if you don’t let them cool before trying to remove them, but they come away cleanly and easily once cooled with no mess. They clean really easily too, a sponge and some soapy water and they’re clean!IMPORTANT! Measure your cookware before buying! They are sized as advertised, but if you eyeball it I guarantee they’ll be too small!I can bake 6 medium sized cookies on these mats no problem, or I can bake 8 small cookies but they will spread into each other a little bit.Check the attached images for their actual size on my baking tray, with a tape measure providing the tray dimensions. Hopefully they’ll be useful!Don’t be tempted to fold them for storage, as they don’t respond well to being creased!

What I wanted, but nothing to confirm they are made using food-grade silicone?
I've given it a 'sitting on the fence' 3/5, because I haven't actually used them in the oven yet, and have some concerns regarding materials. These silicone mats are exactly what I was after - they fit in 20 x 30cm baking trays, and are ideal if you have a narrower oven. They don't take up much space, and are easily cleaned. While they are more affordable than other options, my major concern is regarding the unknown quality of the materials used in these kitchen products from China. There is nothing to confirm that it is made using food-grade silicone, although the product is clear, which I think may suggest it is platinum-cured silicone? Also, no 'CE' mark, but we are post-Brexit, so who knows what product quality regulations we have any more?

Creepy to touch but actually really good at what they are meant for
These work great in the air fyer to stop stuff sticking. They feel a bit creepy and stick to each other so i don't like the feel of them but don't let that put you off. I also don't like wearing PVC gimp suits but others do so i guess we like what we like. Enjoy baking with them.
