I purchased these for my husband who has been complaining about his knees for quite sometime.I don't hear him complaining anymore :). the small round packs are a wonderful addition. ( not sure if your supposed to slip them inside the brace for added comfort and soothing from pain, it does fit and when his knee flares up he does warm it up and slip it inside, though am curious if its meant to as it can create a super tight compression.
