When I first started taking this, it might have given me more energy, but that's hard to say because I tend to have good stamina. What I've noticed in the last several weeks is that my focus is better. I think it's due to this supplement because I haven't changed anything else recently.

Elysium is a great brand and I’m really liking the Matter supplement so far! I can appreciate that all of their products are science-backed and carefully crafted to deliver results.

If you look at ingredients closely they are not too revolutionary. Essential b vitamins with the addition of bilberry and omega complex. The omega 3 complex has lysine as well. Most of the benefit effects of this vitamin would be with these two ingredients. The high dose of b vitamins that it contains could be debated and a lot of the excess of those b vitamins get secreted in your urine anyway. I will continue to take for the omega 3 benefits as well as lysine and bilberry but at the price of 60 dollars I will not continue to buy them in the future.

Outstanding product that has the scientific credibility based on real Clinical studies. I have been taken it for a while and really like how it feels.
