I think this is a must for your AirPods because of its lock. The quality is really good. It's a bit tricky to put your AirPods in at first, but once they're in, they're very secure and pretty difficult to remove. Despite the initial hassle, I really like this case and think it's worth the money for the added protection and security.

Got mine today in white even though I read some comments saying it turn yellow or the slider loses color, will update that after some time. 1) Love the color, looks classy and clean, goes with the one as OG AIRPODS PRO 2.👍 2) Feels Sturdy, comes with a plastic built pusher which is helpful as I know the struggle to pull out AirPods from a case without that and small cleaning toothpick like brush, Only after cleaning my AirPods with it I realized, boy I needed this!!👍 3) Magnetic lid snap 👍 4) Slider to lock 👍 4) Fit 👍 Now some of the things that I miss 1) Eventhough some say they can open it with one hand, I find it lil difficult, may it’s how they have positioned the slider but now a big deal It’ll come around. 2) The lanyard with the case, useful for some but not for all, I will they would given 2 options one a belt looper and this, I tried to sneekin the belt looper from my old one case but not possible as the way they have built. 3) I always wanted to use my AP2 without any case as it feels small and really good, but to protect it I have to slap on a case and when it makes it bulky that kinda bugs me and yes with great protection comes a bulky case😆 not that bulky but yes it is, you can notice it especially when you the AP2 without case in your hands and then put it in this. Not too bulky but yes a lil bit. Overall yes I liked it and this is going to be my new AirPods Pro 2 case until I find more classy one!!

Product is amazing, it feels safe having the case and the lock mechanism is very good.

The top flies off when opening the case. Double sided sticky tape inside the top cover doesn’t appear to be fit for purpose… when sliding the lock open the top of the case can fly off. Relatively bulky due to the sliding lock. Upside is it’s sturdy.

Looks professional and high quality case . The color is nice and the packing is superb. But sometiems can’t charge AirPod or takes time to get recognized on wireless mode .

Ok so i had what i believed was a tuff sturdy, well known brand Airpods Pro Gen 2 case except my 6 month old Air Pod Pros Gen 2 slipped out of my hands in my garage and the case flung opened and my Airpods flew out, BUT as i bent down to pick up my case the lid was actually closed and i thought to myself wow close call, ( not knowing the actual Airpods flew out of the case ) i went about my day. On my arrival home my daughter gets out of the car as im about to drive into my garage, head lights on she see's my Airpods on the ground and they had been stepped on probably by one of the other kids 😩😩 I was devastated $400 down the drain and no Apple Care !!! Anyway My 3 kids all rallied and got me another pair of Airpods Pro Gen 2 and i set about finding the best case EVER where if i dropped my case it would not fling open and my Airpods would fly out..... Well this ESR Case with a magnetic lock mechanism is THE BEST, THE STRONGEST hold EVERRRRRR. It has like a special magnetic combo lock where when you close the lid of case the lock mechanism shifts and locks the case tight. I played around with many cases with locks on them and they just were not satisfying me they all felt flimsy and weak if dropped on concrete. Im telling you this ESR Case is strong, as i have tried and failed to force it open, i have actually dropped it on the ground waist high on purpose and it did not open 😃 Its double the price of other Lock cases but its well well worth it if it means saving you a $400 accident. Also feels very premium smooth but not slippery, has a satisfying snap lock when you close the lid and a smooth quick opening when you slide the lock open, it isnt bulky, easy to carry, slips in your pocket no worries & a super nice lanyard with a slider that slides nice and tight where ever you attach it. Trust me when i tell you this has got to be the BEST AirPods Pro Gen 2 case you will ever buy !! DO NOT waste big $$$ on other well known brands that promise everything but dont deliver when it matter's .....The Accidentl Drop 😬

Ich habe das Teil jetzt seit zwei Jahren. Geht nie aus Versehen auf, keine AirPods, die sich plötzlich quer durch die Gegend katapultieren. Es macht die AirPods allerdings deutlich klobiger, aber nun ja, Schutz hat halt seinen Preis, und in diesem Fall offenbar in Kubikzentimetern. Leider habe ich sie bisher nicht oft genug fallen lassen, um den Schutzfaktor wissenschaftlich fundiert zu testen. Aber stabil wirkt das Ganze auf jeden Fall. Was mich ehrlich gesagt fast am meisten beeindruckt ist selbst diese kleinen, verdächtig filigranen Plastikteile im Scharnier- und Verschlussbereich sind nach all der Zeit immer noch intakt. Toi toi toi! Und das, obwohl ich ein schlimmer Herumfummler bin und das Ding über Jahre praktisch wie einen Fidget Spinner missbraucht habe. Apple hat mir meine AirPods wegen eines angeborenen technischen Problems ersetzt (buchstäblich das einzige Mal, dass sich AppleCare+ tatsächlich gelohnt hat). Dadurch musste ich allerdings die heilige Verbindung zwischen dem Klebestreifen im Deckel des Cases und der Oberseite des AirPods-Cases gewaltsam trennen. Geben wir einfach großzügig diesem traumatischen Eingriff die Schuld daran, dass das Klebeding ein paar Monate später versagte. Ganz bestimmt lag es nicht an meiner womöglich leicht überdurchschnittlichen Nutzung des Schiebers. Meine Freunde können bezeugen, dass ich dieses Ding keinesfalls im Tiefdenkmodus ungefähr hundertmal pro Minute auf- und zuklappe wie andere Leute einen Kuli klicken. Keinesfalls. Nach dem ein paar Versuchen mit doppelseitigem Klebeband gescheitert waren, hat mir ein Freund so ein seltsames, gelartiges, doppelseitiges Montageband gegeben. Ich befürchte zwar, dass ich den Deckel jetzt nie wieder abbekomme, aber das ist ein Problem für Zukunfts-Ich. Der Mechanismus funktioniert übrigens so, dass im Deckel Magnete sitzen, und wenn man den Schieber betätigt, stoßen weitere Magnete im Verschlussmechanismus im unteren Teil die im oberen Teil der Hülle ab. Wenn der Klebestreifen also nicht mehr klebt, führt das Betätigen des Schiebers dazu, dass die obere Kappe mit absolut makellosem komödiantischem Timing abspringt. Es lässt sich Textlich kaum beschreiben, wie lustig das war. Das originale AirPods-Case selbst ist ja bereits mit dem Apple-Watch-Ladegerät kompatibel. Diese Hülle macht daraus dann aber ein iPhone-MagSafe-kompatibles Format.... also ziemlich genau das Gegenteil von dem, was ich gebraucht hätte. Wer braucht das schon? Das Ding liegt ständig neben Kronkorken auf'm Tisch oder zusammen mit Schlüsseln in der Tasche und sammelt dabei begeistert jedes metallische Kleinteil ein wie ein sehr motivierter kleiner Schrottplatz. Klare Empfehlung. Es ist klobig, magnetisch fragwürdig und inzwischen vermutlich auf molekularer Ebene mit meinem AirPods Deckel vereint. Aber es tut genau das, was es soll, und zwar erstaunlich gut, und das über bemerkenswert lange Zeit. Zwei Jahre! Ich hatte schon Handyhüllen, die sich schneller in ihre Bestandteile aufgelöst haben. Nein, und zwar keine billigen. Wenn's mal ein neuer dran muss, wird's auch einer von ESR.
