Bought this as a gift for my husbands birthday! What a perfect present. So much fun and something entirely different to do of an evening rather than watching telly.Lots of information; clues, evidence, statements, photos. Quite a bit of reading to do but that wasn't a problem at all, it gave the story more depth and once we disected all the info and made a timeline of events it made solving the murder really satissfying!Really enjoyed it, it's so well made and put together! Excellent value for money.Will definitely be ordering more!

Cryptic killers case files are my absolute favourite murder mystery pack. Every one is excellent and entertaining. Never fails. Top quality.

Have done a number of the murder case files and they are always alot of fun. So much time and effort goes into making them with so much attention to detail! Would definitely recommend. So satisfying if you can correctly identify the killer. Great idea for a cosy night in. Will continue to buy. Thanks!

What a lovely way to spend a stuck at home date nightVery much enjoyed the case file and had fun (and some arguments) solving it.This was hard but not too hard. Just the right level for us. Very much aimed at those who love a crime documentary on netflix. It really gets you thinking.

Great game, took about the time they suggested. Is a bit overwhelming to start with having everything Infront of you, but creating a murder board, with names of everyone involved and trying to find a reason it's not them will definitely help the process. Our 2nd one we've done now and will definitely be doing more. Very much worth it. Great story,

We had an absolute blast playing Murder in Miami ! This game truly makes you feel like a real detective. From the moment we opened the box, we were impressed by the incredible attention to detail. The 36 pieces of physical evidence, including realistic newspaper clippings, police reports, and crime scene photos, made the experience so immersive.The addition of the online police database added another layer of realism and challenge. It wasn’t easy, but that’s what made it so fun! It pushed us to think critically and work as a team to solve the mystery of the “Miami Madman.”With a difficulty rating of 4.5/5, it definitely kept us engaged for hours, and the hints available online were helpful when we got stuck. Whether you’re playing with friends, as a couple, or solo, this game guarantees a thrilling night in.Highly recommend it for mystery lovers or anyone looking for an interactive and unique game night. We can’t wait to try another case!

We really enjoyed pouring hours of investigation work into this, using traditional notes written (my better half) and timeline creation using IT (me).After all the twists and turns, we had a theory, but the dots didn't quite connect. It wasn't until we figured out how to get into the database and scoured through the documents methodically that we got there in the end.The materials provided are amazing and really immerse you in the story.Fantastic fun, it is currently 00:52 the day after Valentines day after hours of investigation and we are finally victorious!Excellent fun and would fully recommend!

The quality of the items in these packs is very good and they tend to be well thought out. We've bought a few now and they are great for small groups (4 Max). This one was a higher difficulty rating than those we'd done previously, but it was not the difficulty that spoilt the experience on this one.For Murder in Miami, you get 36 pieces of evidence and the vast majority of that is huge sections of text (some double sided) that you have to read through before you can start any analysis. For us, the mystery was not hard (in fact we got it easily as you were spoon fed the answer before you got to the online content). It was the volume of text that was the real issue. It took us at least 2 hours to read through it, and at that point 2 of the group had fallen asleep through boredom.Unless you enjoy a lot of reading, I'd avoid this one and try one of the others. "Murder of a Millionaire" was a good one.
