PneumaticPlus SAU420-N06G Compressed Air Filter Regulator Combo 3/4" NPT - Poly Bowl, Manual Drain, Bracket, Gauge

I bought the previous version of this about six years ago and enjoyed six years of perfect performance. I'm just a home DIYer, but I use my big compressor frequently - not every day for eight hours a day - but some air tool is employed several hours a week every week. The previous version did what I needed it to for years.But it died *suddenly* and without warning, developing a serious leak in the regular to the outside. I had a good experience, so I bought this updated model. I can't tell much out of an outside difference - two mounting holes instead of three, otherwise it seems identical.The only issue I had installing was the 3/4" NPT feed was leaky, and I'm not the type to wrench down on pipe connections to stop leaks. It could have just as easily been the input pipe as this regulator, so I used some Permatex HIgh Performance Thread Sealant, let it cure, and fired up the compressor. Solved without force.I've been using it for weeks now and it works as well as the old one - the water separator works great, pressures are rock solid, and the price point makes it a great option versus the questionable stuff you'll find at home improvement stores. Some day I'll try my hand at paint, and look to Pneumatic Plus to make that happen.

Works perfect with my new compressor which is rated at 175psi. No leaks, and regulates pressure with ease.

Fair value for the money. Housing is plastic except for the cover for the water collector. Make sure you use thread paste for the connections otherwise the threads will leak air. Do not use tape.Made in Korea.The factory air pressure gauge leaks air. So if it sits overnight it will lose all the air. I had to go to Menards and get a good gauge. Doesn’t stop all water coming thru. I still get water thru the tools. I have a brand new air compressor. I do drain the tank after every use.Do not know where to get replacement filters. Anybody know?

Installed a new compressor and needed a separator and pressure adjustment. The instructions a somewhat lacking but the arrows on the body clear up and confusion. Great product.

This was perfect for my application in getting the tank pressure down to something more manageable.

Great product, I have one of their smaller units on my glass beader. It captures the water great. In the picture the air lines are not completed, just enough to run the bead machine. This one collected the moisture enough that the smaller one didn't have any moisture in it.

This product does not flow what it claims, infact, it's quite restrictive. I had a 20psi drop at the regulator using a 1/2 IR 3125 impact. Once changed out to a ARO filter/reg, drop is 5psi.The inside of the regulator isn't even 1/2 in diameter, so beware.
