Amazing taste!
I tried the sour apple flavor, and it tasted amazing – definitely a refreshing change from typical pre-workouts. I like adding some ice to it before I drink! The quality felt good too! The dose is a bit higher than what I’m used to, so I did experience the classic “tingles,” but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It worked quickly too! After taking it, I noticed a clear boost in my performance – more energy and focus during my workout. It really helped me push through my sets. I was able to even add extra sets in! Worked amazingly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this pre-workout and will definitely be repurchasing as it’s worth your money!

Perfect pre workout for a needed boost
If you’re looking for a pre workout that’s gonna blow your head off, this ain’t it. But for me, that’s not what I’m after. I just need something that’s gonna give me a good boost when I need one, and this product does exactly that. This pre workout delivers a nice boost of energy without bordering on being overwhelming.

Strong and effective
Great pre-workout, used for many years now. One scoop with some water and you’re good to go, very quick and easy. Very strong, sometimes makes my ears and elbows tingle. This is one of my more favourite flavours and is great value, especially comparing it to the cost directly from the gym!

Great preworkout, will keep buying.
Currently halfway through my second tub of this workout, tried the bubblegum crush and this sour apple flavour and both are tasty. I am not someone who drinks coffee therefore works great for my weekend workouts. I don't take it for my midweek evening workout as I struggle to sleep of a night if so.

I wouldn’t recommend. Felt ill!
Finally decided to utilise the product as per it’s instructions and it’s totally ineffective. Doesn’t do what it claims to do but rather has left me feeling ill. No energy kick. Instead it made me feel fatigued, nauseous and dizzy. I’ve tried cheaper brands of this product here on Amazon and it was much better. Decided to try this ABE brand for a change and it was a total waste of money. I know it may work different for everyone but I wouldn’t recommend.

Top preworkout!
One of the best preworkouts for me that is available on the market. Tasty and works incredibly well. The only thing that I would and did change is the amount of the watter you need to put in it. Double it from 250ml to 500ml. Same effect, taste is better!
