The date on it is the manufacture date. Not an expiration date. Has 4 to 5 year shelf life. This is based on what I googled

How often is it recommended that we replace the stations with fresh ones? Every 3 months? 6 months? 12 months? Etc.

It recommends not to put out more than 12 to 15 stations at a time. Then replace them every month, 30 days. So one package covers 3 to 4 months. Max force works better than any product I used before.
