I ordered 3 boxes and one box arrived with a chipped plate and when I let them know they sent me a whole box without having to send the other box back or additional charge. That is super customer service! They do get a little hot when using in the microwave, but better than other plates I have used. We use the bigger/pasta bowls ALOT!!! Love them.
