1- Trexgenics Magnesium L Threonate is mainly for brain support, does help memory, focus, mental calm even after months when taken one capsule once a week but effects are small. First few days effects will be very high and one would feel ecstasy supplement which should normalise. Preferably take in morning always to see heightened allertness. Sleep if you get after taking it then its a side effect as it calms the tired mind and alerts a sleepy mind. 2- Better for brain as compared to any other magnesium forms but expensive. It gives 48mg magnesium from one capsule having total content of 667mg. It is more than enough and one capsule once a week is sufficient even for people whose blood tests came deficient in magnesium. Bottle of 30 capsules should last 1 to 6 months if one wants in fridge. More than 60 to 80mg elemental magnesium daily is heavy on stomach no matter what form. 3- Threonate is safest form for people with low kidney issues when taken in very small amounts like 1 capsule once a week. 4- Side effects exist only when taking more than one capsule daily- irritation, headache, nausea, 4 capsule daily may even lower blood pressure. One good side effect is it lowers than pain if one took too much vitamin d. My magnesium blood reports are normal even after 3 years of use. 5- Worth it for years long cognitive support in small amounts (lasting 2 hours each time), not ideal for muscle relief as whey protein/creatine is best for muscle relief. Its more like paracetamol usage- threonate works for 2-3 hours but only for mental clarity. ps- pls ignore the termite colony review by jiban as its health supplement and not termite killer, lol. also pls ignore review by jagannath rao as he confused that price of bottle is too high per capsule of 667mg. While I totally agree with him all indian and foreign companies have its price too high, it should be 50rs per bottle instead of 900rs. Now jagannath like me in beginning wants 667mg of elemental magnesium per capsule. Thats possible but more than 100 to 250mg elemental magnesium per day wreaks havoc on stomach. Also the component l threonate is a molecule in which elemental magnesium is a part, in the molecule off 667mg - 48 mg is magnesium rest 619mg is other parts. Its like formula of standard ORS 100gram, jagannath sir wants all 100 grams to be potassium which is not possible as ORS needs NaCl, glucose etc within those 100grams too for working. Its a confusion I had long ago too.

Good product, albeit a little expensive

After I started using,I get good sleep, cognitive functions well,memory is good, really good for brain health, when I stopped inbetween for few days,I found I was lagging behind in brain function, I was confused couldn't understand properly, and again when I resumed I got clarity in thought process

Superb product decimated the termite colony

Very expensive than other brands and very low elemental magnesium. The quality is better but price should be reduced, it's quite expensive for 30 capsules bottle. So one star less for price and elemental magnesium quantity.

Didn't benefited as per expectation.

I dont see any other indian based manufacturer with clean and clear labels. Trusted and bought them. Good to have if you have short term memory loss. Its been 2 months now. Feel better improvement interms of sleep quality. but not much difference found yet in terms of recovery of memory loss. So will review again after couple of months to share feedback

very effective
