Really helped my feet
At first, I thought these were expensive and what if they dont work. A few days in i was like oh, they hurt so bad. Turns out I needed to wear a bit more. My feet do not hurt anymore especially when I wake up. They may be expensive but even the over the counter ones are expensive and don't work at all. These though, they do work. Best purchase for me. The fit was great for my shoes. Definitely have the best arch support compared to other OTC ones. They aren't to thick and you don't notice them. Ease of walking is like a breeze- my knees, hips and feet do not hurt walking anymore. Durability, I can't really answer as I just got right around Thanksgiving, so hopefully they last longer than a month or so 😅 I've very heavy footed and they are holding up with that.

Best Insoles I've Tried
These are the best insoles I've used. (I've tried 2 or 3 other brands.) They are a bit pricey, but for me they're worth it. When my current pair wears out. I'll likely get another pair.

Comfortable, but noisy.
Okay. So I have PF and got shots in both feet in Sept 2024. I bought these in October hoping for relief. I’m going to say that I tried wearing them while I was still incredibly swollen because they did not give me any relief. I couldn’t wear them at all and was so sad. Fast forward to January 2025, I decided to give them another try since it had been a few months since my shots. It has given me my life back. I’m able to walk freely without pain and back to my normal walking speed. I’m also no longer limping. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the noise they make. They squeak when I walk and it’s incredibly loud and annoying. I tried using baby powder on them to get them to stop squeaking (suggested by a friend) and it didn’t work. Comfort? Yes! Noisy? Also yes!

Not sure yet!
Easy to insert in my shoes. Uncomfortable at first, but you get use to it. Does it help my hips? not quite sure . I will be taking a long walk, because that usually irritates my hips, we will see.

Not good with naturally low arch
Felt good for the first week but steadily got worse. They do squeak when you walk but I didn’t mind that part too much. Wore these for three weeks at work on concrete floors and, after the third week, I have spent all weekend with horrible pain in my arches and even on top of my foot. I have a low arch and I think these may be simply too much of an arch for my foot. They had great reviews overall so I thought it would be worth a try but it’s definitely a no for me.

Plantar fasciitis relief
These have tremendously helped my plantar fasciitis, so much that I ordered a second set

Awesome
Had real bad heel pain for 5 months. Tried a different insert and they advertised real good but they were garbage. These worked great from day one. I still can't believe it.

Worth trying.
I was skeptical, but bought these under the recommendation of my podiatrist. At first they were clunky & uncomfortable, so you should use them in shoes with a bit of extra space, like a wider width or a deeper insole, to accommodate them. They do take a bit of getting used to & I was a bit clumsy in them for the first couple of weeks. Not sure if they needed to be broken in, but I did notice improvement in my PF pain. I’d use caution when walking on uneven surfaces until you’ve grown accustomed to having them in your shoes, as they definitely take a bit of getting used to.

No, these things almost crippled me. I tried them and by day four I could barely walk my feet were so sore
