I’ve been using the AGARO Regency Electric Spin Mop for the past 8 months, and I must say—no issues so far. The build quality is excellent, and it feels sturdy and durable right from the first use.The electric spin function works smoothly, making floor cleaning effortless and efficient. It handles both wet and dry mopping well, and works great on tiles and wooden flooring. The mop heads are easy to wash and replace, and the overall design makes handling and storage simple.This mop has definitely made cleaning less of a chore. Very useful, reliable, and well worth the investment.

This is an awesome product with great built quality and features. The best part about this mop is it's water spray and led lights which help spot water and dust on the floor, with a powerful motor it helps mopping within a few minutes and it has a micro-fiber pad at the bottom which absorbs water quickly. I am using it daily for the past 1 month and the battery life I am getting on a full charge is 2 days because I mop the whole house with the spin mop. I like my house clean and smelling good so in the water tank of the mop I add a few drops of essential oil which helps keep the house smelling good the whole day.

At best, the product is good enough and effective. You must often wash the brsuh since it leaves swirl marks on the floor otherwise. Good value for money.However, I'm not confident about product reliability because I've had problems with previous Agaro products. However, the support team is active and will promptly replace the item if it is still under warranty.

Review After using for 3-4 months, ~ twice a week:Battery life is sufficient for one floor (<1000sq ft)Water sprayer can be better but it's not limiting factor.Sweeping action is very good, removes stains after they are soaked in water..doesn't make a mess for wet mopping.Easy to clean pads..Over all good product.

The product is really good and gets the job done as advertised, also the customer care service was very good also.

Not working as expected

Brief: Leaves the floor with smear marks more than it cleans it. It's probably a functional issue because while this product works as described, it doesn't leave you with a satisfactory result. Hence we returned it, but would definitely have kept this had it done its job (thank you to the seller for being generous in an era of non-returnable expensive products).Context: we have replaced brooming in the house with a portable vacuum cleaner and it made quite a difference in house cleaning. We were looking for a wet mop to complement the vacuum and we saw this at a reasonable price with generally good reviews - and a return policy (so what could go wrong?) and purchased this.General: The mop arrived in a disassembled state with two extra pads and a measuring cup of 80ml, exactly as stated. It was easy to assemble and get started. Pads attach to the mop via velcro and are easily removable for cleaning. The provided charger is extremely slow, it is meant for overnight charging (use the mop once a day and leave it to charge overnight). The internal water tank fills up in two units of the measuring cup, so it's a very small amount - hardly half a glass (of drinking water) and gets sprayed when you press the button while mopping. You might need to refill it a few times when mopping the house. Pre-wetting the cleaning pads before putting them on the machine actually worked better.Usage: Using this is simple, power on, the pads will move around in circles from the motor and use your hands to guide the rod. The handle joint to the mop has flexibility so that your hands do not take a lot of pressure when the mopping is happening but there is still scope to improve as some angles feel harder to move more than the others when the motors are running, but is overall okay.Smearing Issue: The bigger problem with this device I feel that actually happens is that the bottom pads never get cleaned/water replaced unlike regular mopping where the cloth/mop is regularly rinsed/dried/rewetted, so any dirt on the floor will just be smeared around as the whole house gets mopped. Our tiled floor would see prominent circular stains after mopping dried out. This did not happen in regular mopping. Even when doing mopping immediately after vacuuming this did not work out after several attempts.We would have really wanted to keep this and make it work, but soon raised a return request when we realized that it wouldn't do the job it was supposed to. Writing the review after it has been returned.If the seller ever introduces another product that's better than this and does the job well, I'll be happy to give it a try and buy again.
