Duralex Tableware Smoked Mug - 25cl (8.75oz) Set of 6

Bought as a present and my mother loves them, she is so picky about what cups she drinks her tea from so you know they're good quality!

I recommend putting them all in the sink when you first get them and filling them all with boiling water. If they've got knocked or cracked in the post, they might crack when heated, call me crazy but boiling water is better in one's sink than in one's lap.That said, they were very well wrapped in bubble wrap, and arrived in good time (3 days).The quality isn't the best, but still very good for the money. I noticed some raised seams and bumpy edges on a few of the cups, I assume they'll wear down flat with use.Two more 'goods', one, they stack, and two, the stickers on them are easy-peel!Bear in mind the size is pretty small, about the capacity of a teacup (cup and saucer type) see the photo for scale next to a can of hoops.

My dad will only drink out of these smoked glasses. We were down to 1 left. 6 pack on Amazon, great value for money. Packaged very well, really securely and no cups broken. This is going to be a joke present but I know my dad will be over the moon. Really good quality cups, small if you don’t like really big mugs of tea and coffee. Really happy.

My last mug in my set I had for 30 years got broken , never thought I could get a replacement .Very happy

... what I got, like many other people, was the sepia smoked glass Versailles design. I could have sent them back but since this seems to be the only design left on sale and my set has none of the minor finishing flaws others have reported, I have decided they are close enough. They also stack better than the original design. I hope these last as long as my parents' ones which are still around from the 70s.

Bought these for a friend to replace one she'd had for years but accidently dropped and it smashed. She never drank out of anything else and was devastated when it broke. The replacement, however, an updated version of the old model, was even better than the cherished mug/cup. To quote her: 'I feel like I've won the lottery', she said. An exaggeration of course but it serves to show her satisfaction with them. They were well wrapped and the box marked Breakable, which no doubt help ensure they were handled with care and delivered intact.

Where I live limescale is a problem. These mean I can have normal tea without the scum on top. They look good and wash well.Recently one just exploded on the table after about 5 mins of pouring the tea. It may have just had a fault in the glass but I’ve decided to stop using them unfortunately.
