Nice Scarf
The Shemagh Scarf in the Olive-Black is a good color that shows well and blends in well in the field.

Functional and very useful addition to EDC gear
44x44 inches with pattern sewn on both sides. none of the complaints I've seen about other shemaghs apply to this one, no loose threads, no "bad smell", no color running/fading (I hand washed in cold). Functional and very useful addition to EDC gear. I am even planning on getting another color ProForce shemagh to wear as a dress scarf. While olive/black is great in the woods, it's just not a festive party color. :)EDIT:I actually did get a couple of colored shemaghs! I quickly discovered that, unlike wearing an olive/black pattern, no one paid any attention to them or me. For every day use in public places, colored shemaghs are the "camouflage" ones. :)

Great scarf, never leave home without it!
I purchased a Proforce shemagh in OD/Black to bring with me to Afghanistan when I served in the US Army as an Infantryman. I never realized just how versatile such a simple piece of cloth could be. Protects your head and neck from sand, wind and sun. It wicks away sweat in the heat and keeps you warm in the cold. Not just a scarf, but a towel, light shawl or blanket, handkerchief, bandana, cloth bandage or sling, and more. I use it all the time, and never leave home without it. I purchased mine in 2008, and still wear the same one now in 2013. Well made, a good fabric, and will take any punishment. Color faded over the years after constant use, prolonged exposure to the sun, and frequent washing. Best purchase ever.

good product
I had read other places that they dye bled a lot on these. When I received it, I rinsed it in warm water and wrung it out several times with dye bleeding out each time. Then I washed it with some other cotton rags three times and it was not bleeding any dye by then. After drying it is very soft. This is larger than other shemaghs I have seen on the net and is very easy to tie in the various methods. I would reccomend this to anyone in need or want of a shemagh.

It's a shemagh...
I usually make fun of people for short and/or bad reviews. But this is literally a square of cloth. You use it for things one would do with such a square of cloth. It's not like there is some mystical power to this one over another one.
