I’ve been using this electrolyte mix for a few months now, and I really like it! I mix it into my water every morning before heading to the gym. I love that it has a pretty clean ingredient list. The flavor is good, too! One of my favorite things is how long it lasts. I’ve been using the same one for months and still haven’t needed to buy another one. It’s so much more affordable than buying individual electrolyte packets, especially when you’re using it every day. Overall simple ingredients, and a really good value for the money!

I bought this to replace sugary drinks during hot days and after workouts. I wanted something with real electrolytes and a solid potassium boost without sugar. The formula delivers 1,000 mg of potassium per scoop, plus electrolytes from natural coconut water and real lemon juice. With 2 pounds and 139 servings, plus 0 sugar and 0 calories, it seemed like a clean, long lasting option. It’s also non GMO and made without soy, dairy, or gluten, and it’s backed by third party lab tests, which matters to me. Mixing is straightforward. I add a scoop to a bottle of water and it dissolves quickly with no gritty residue. The lemon raspberry flavor is bright and refreshing without being too sweet, which makes it easy to drink during workouts, after a hot run, or on busy days. It fits in a gym bag and in my daily routine without fuss. What stood out is how well it keeps hydration steady without sugar calories. The high potassium seems to support muscle comfort and energy during outdoor activities, and the coconut water base gives it a natural finish that I actually enjoy. I’m very impressed with this electrolyte powder for its taste, dissolvability, and price! I mixed one spoonful in 16.9oz of water and it had a great tart flavor and no weird after flavor that some other lemon raspberry mixes have given me. Not sweet at all so I would feel good about drinking this up to twice a day. I was happy to see the spoon handle on the top of the bag when I opened it so I didn’t have to go digging around. This is the first flavor that I have purchased from this brand so unsure about the others but I enjoy variety so I will be buying again!

I got the lemon raspberry flavor. It taste good and liked that it provides a nice dose of potassium and magnesium. Could probably use a little more sodium, but I usually add a bit of salt to the mix as well. The value is excellent, probably the best cost-benefit of the electrolytes on the market. It mixes well and doesn't have any color. If you use too much, it is a bit sweet, so I normally use half the recommended serving. I like the taste, but after taking it a while, it does seem to fatigue the taste buds. I normally don't like just drinking water alone and adding this to my water makes the effort of keeping hydrated much easier.

It seems to be just as effective as the more expensive one I had been buying. The flavor is a little meh, and tastes more like orange to me, but I add some coconut flavor stevia drops and it's fine.

This stuff tastes good and it works! I love in a hot climate and when I have to mow the grass in high temperatures I "pre-game" with a cup of this stuff. It helps keep me from overheating and feeling bad. I will also sip on another cup of this stuff during the outside activity if I have been lax in my hydration leading up to the day. Be aware-it contains magnesium citrate, which....well...don't drink too much of it if you'd like your bowels retain anything. Ha! On another note, if constipated, this will fix your problem!

A family member recently gave me a bag of the grape flavor of this product, and I absolutely fell in love with it. I liked it so much that I literally stopped drinking Gatorade Zeros, which has been one of my guilty pleasures for quite some time. I usually use a 30oz tumbler with one scoop combined with water from our RO system and ice. It is absolutely delicious, and I like the added bonus of getting the extra potassium and magnesium. The lemon/raspberry flavor, however, is not good to me at all. I was really excited to try it, but upon mixing it exactly the way that I make the grape, it just doesn't taste good. I mean, it's edible and tolerable, but it barely tastes like lemon. It's more like a tart taste, like when you first put a sour patch kid in your mouth. No sweetness, no lemon flavor, and absolutely no raspberry flavor at all. Another thing is, my wife ordered a bag of the strawberry kiwi, which came the same day as the lemon. Upon comparing the two bags, the lemon says that a serving is one scoop (same as the grape), but the strawberry kiwi says that a serving is two scoops. The scoops are the same size for each bag, but the lemon says it has 139 servings whereas the strawberry kiwi says that it has 106 servings. Both bags are 2 lbs each, so this makes absolutely no sense and is mathematically impossible. Nonetheless, I love the grape flavor of this product and will continue to purchase it and use it daily as long as they don't change the formula or flavor to something more unfavorable.

My main concern is 'good clean ingredients', which this basically has except for the 'Natural Flavors' which can be absolutely anything. It's sweetened with Stevia and NOT toxic sucralose, which is a major plus. Very fine powder that dissolves easily. These 3 positives are the only reason I rated this 3 stars. Otherwise, very little flavor (compared to other electrolyte brands) and what flavor there is isn't a pleasant flavor (minus one star). Extremely low in sodium (way too low in my opinion), so it doesn't taste salty at all -unlike other electrolytes (minus one star). If low sodium electrolytes is what you like, this is it.
