Nice colour

These are brass effect aluminium and look great. They are easy to fit. Some comments about no earth point but you can earth them on the internal screw connector. I would but these again.

I installed these to enable me to use E27 lamps in some light fittings. The light sockets are well made and, importantly according to the advice from an electrician friend, they have ceramic inserts which are much superior to plastic. The finish ( brass looking) is good and fits in well with the age and style of the property.Fitting took care and time, especially the first one to get cable lengths and routing but after that it was fine.They are working well.

Wife liked light very similar to this, I made it for her at a fraction of the cost.Light holders are Well made, easy to wire in and look great.

The colour of these is not the antique brass shown but more of a garish yellow colour, actually quite unpleasant. If you're expecting brass give these a miss. Otherwise for the price the quality is ok.

When these arrived in 24hrs I thought that for the money they look amazing, I had looked at some of the poor reviews but I didn't get any of their issues. Take your time with the first one...I removed the inner threaded sleeve and bracket to make cable installation easy....(by undoing the two cross point screws in the socket) I was then able to add an earth lead between the threaded metal cable sleeve and the ceramic part of the holder. Make sure you identify the correct terminals...centre is positive (brown) as modern Led bulbs require this. I used E27 long life company 6w amber glow large dimmable available from Amazon..

Nicely made good quality delivered on time

Very nice, solid lamp holders with a good finish. Two things I would improve;- the rather cheap looking plastic flex grips- I’d add a screw for an earth connection. There is a hole, but no screw.

Es un producto excelente. Responde plenamente a las expectativas. Pensaba que se trataría de un producto de construcción más débil, pero no. El color del metal es el adecuado y dentro hay un núcleo cerámico por seguridad.
