Great Filter
This is a great water filter. We live near the city and the tap water usually tastes a little funky, when we use this filter, the water tastes awesome and filters out the majority of impurities.

Been using this filter system for 10 or more years.Absolutely love this filter.takes nasty chlorine taste right out of the water. Wish it would be a little cheaper or do more gallons of water.

Cant drink normal water anymore
I can't believe what a difference the taste of water is... I can't even order water at restaurants anymore without tasting the chemicals. Really glad I found this filtration system, I plan on investing in at least one more

Garbage
Filter replacement was broken. The ring came in a diagonal position instead of horizontal. The upper level medium got mixed with the lower level. Other than that the previous filter was good. Good tasting water. I put a second picture of the original filter that I had in the system. The second was a replacement sent by AMAZON. Totally broken and giving out brown water after 2 full runs.

Love the taste
I have had my Santevia for almost 10 years - water tastes great - I have tried other replacement filters but there's a difference - I test the water for ph and it's always right on target. I actually take it with me if I travel by car.

Excellent quality tasting water.
I've been using this water filter system for 12 months now. My son who bought the system for me as a birthday present says its a waste of money, yet he only drinks tap water. I could and would never drink tap water, it tastes of toxic chemicals not to mention I do not want to over load my body with the poison called fluoride. The filters are expensive yes, very expensive, yet the money I save on plastic water bottles, which are also toxic now, is in the hundreds.
