The mat stays put on hardwood floor or carpet. I use it for my Elliptical portable machine on carpet, it doesnโt move, perfect. I recommend it!

I bought this to use with my new Ancheer Underdesk Elliptical, which slid a LOT before. It is the perfect size, and eliminates all slipping, at all speeds, directions, and on both hardwood floors AND carpet. I would highly recommend it.

Not quite the size they say 14x17 and definitely not the size show in pics, able to fit under an office chair. This hardly fits under my pedal machine. Though the size is a bit misleading, it does work. The pedal machine doesn't slide with this underneath. The mat is pretty thick, good quality, and I don't think it will rip easily. I wish it were as big as pictured. 2.5 stars

Got this to put under the exercise foot pedals we bought which were sliding away as you pedaled. It is the perfect size and stops slipping on both the bare floor and rugs.
