Excellent customer service
After receiving our sewing machine it didn’t work. My daughters were so disappointed. However, the customer service was excellent. We were able to get another one quickly and will try it out this evening. I would purchase again from this seller.

Cool project, but limited.
Easy enough to use. Little girls will need help. Limited. Can only do projects that came in the box, because of special materials.

No advancing
Shipping for this product was a joke. Tracking gave a date and said it was delivered when it wasn't. Contacted the seller who gave a different tracking number and it kept getting delayed. It eventually did show up but didnt really meet my expectations. It's cute AMD good fir beginners. You can buy additional kits of fabric for it but you will go through it extremely fast if your child shows any interest in the product. I figured I'd buy the same type of fabric and yarn so she could continue with more projects and sadly it didn't work the same. You're very limited on how far you can expand with this machine but it is cute and safe for beginners.

I've tried buying different yarns and strings, ended up calling the company and they told me the machine only works with their fabric kits - which are really not cheap! this is so unfair, I would have never let my daughter spend her money on this.

I bought this for my 7 year old niece and she absolutely loves it! The first day she got it she sat for over 5 hours sewing things! I am so glad I thought to buy her some extra fabric squares to sew with it

My 5 yr old got this for Christmas and LOVES it! I love that it is safe and she can just play around with sewing stuff under minimal supervision!

On the Fence
I’m on the fence about this product. My granddaughter and I had a good time when we first got it. I’m not sure what fabric or yarn will work for future projects. Trial and error I suppose. It is extremely safe to use.

Don't waste your money
I got this for my daughter (she was 6 at the time) and it is completely useless if you're looking for something to do actual sewing of some sort. It feeds a piece of yarn through and then pokes it into the felty type material they send with it so its pretty much just sticking it together (and in turn can be pulled apart while stuffing it). Even with the felt pieces that come with it it was hard to use and I had to do most of the guiding and pushing for my daughter. After you use the couple things they send with it I'm not sure what else you'd use besides more yarn and felt because that is all that will work on it. We were very disappointed.
