Slows Hank the Tank, my big boy boxer, down from 30 seconds to 10ish minutes which I’m calling a win! Perfect for flat faced dogs - shallow enough not to be too frustrating and challenging enough to slow him down. I’ve only fed dry kibble and clean up is easy. Bowl is sturdy and does not slide around. Five stars!

I have a little chunky calico who has a very serious habit of eating her food way too fast. She would practically inhale her meals and, as a result, would often get sick afterward. It was a stressful situation, and I was so worried about her having feline bloat. I knew I had to do something, so I bought this Outward Hound Fun Feeder. This bowl has been a life saver! The design forces her to slow down and work a little bit for her food, and it has completely solved her issue with eating too quickly. She's no longer getting sick after meals, and my anxiety about her health has gone way down. If you have a fast eater like my little girl, I highly recommend this bowl. It's a simple and effective solution that has made a world of difference for us.

So, I have a rescue pittbull who likes to see how fast he can inhale his food and I'm not joking when I say, he was eating 1 1/2 cups in 30 seconds flat. He was getting upset stomach and barfing up his food recently. Tried it for the first time tonight and it took him 14 minutes to eat it. It kept him busy and he only tried to push with his paw once, and continued to slow eat. I may try a little less slow version of the same brand, but I LOVE it already. I'm sure he'll shave off a few minutes when he's used to it, but seriously this thing is amazing. My other dog already eats slow so he doesnt need one, but I would buy again for sure! Good for small dogs (less than 20 pounds) Really slowed down my pup. She was eating so fast I thought she would choke. Great dish and very sturdy

This product is fantastic. My dog immediately used this puzzle feeder and it kept her occupied for at least 15 minutes. It slowed down her fast eating and provided some puzzle entertainment. It is bet durable and easy to clean. No assembly is necessary.

I purchased this Slow Feeder Bowl because my 4 month old Dachshund was literally swallowing all of his food within 15 seconds of putting it in his bowl - and yes, I said SWALLOWING and not eating because he was devouring it so fast I never heard him chewing. I knew with how fast he was eating it wasn't good for him and sometimes he would make belching sounds from it and that is why I chose to purchase this slow feeder bowl. Since I have received it, I've used it six times now and it has slowed his eating habbit down tremendously! It now takes him about 5 minutes to finish the food in the bowl. Although I do feel bad because I know I would hate for somebody to slow me down, I know it's for the best. The bowl is made out of a hard plastic material which makes it super easy to clean (I feed with dry food) and for little dogs like mine, the plastic is to hard for him to break off and chew. It's very small and compact and can fit pretty much anywhere if you are a traveler. The only "negative" thing I would have to say about this and it's not the products fault but more of a downside because of the shape of my dog is his snout is kind of long so it makes it difficult for him to pick up some of the smaller chunks of food if they're hidden behind one of the designs. He's getting smarter now though and trying to flip the entire bowl over when he gets frustrated lol!

Good product but unfortunately this didn’t work out for our dog. We were hoping she would get used to it, but she has a fat snout and she can’t get to all the food in between the narrow puzzle edges. She gets a mix of mostly wet with her kibble, so it really presses the moist food into the bottom and she gets discouraged to even eat after a few bites. Overall, the bowl itself is good quality. The bowl is sturdy and has non slip grip to prevent sliding or pushing around. It’s pretty easy to clean with the dish sponge. I didn’t use the dishwasher- I think the excess heat may wear the rubber quicker. I think it may have worked out better if we only gave kibble to our dog, as it seems like it may be easier to get out, since it doesn’t smash down into the bowl. Our dog is an American Bulldog, Boxer and and Dogo Argentino mix and has a pretty big flappy snout, I think this design would work well as a slow feeding dish for a slimmer snout that can access the narrow design.

Mes chats sont très gloutons, et j'ai donc décidé d'acheter une gamelle qui leur permettrait de manger plus lentement. J'en ai eu d'autres par le passé, mais j'aime bcp celle ci. Elle est petite et les chats galèrent un peu à avoir les croquettes dedans. Alors ce n'est pas miraculeux, ils ne mettent pas 3h à manger, mais c'est un peu plus long, ce qui permet de manger un peu plus lentement et de ne pas vomir partout après le repas.

Yo pedí el morado con forma de flor, y el material es resistente a pesar de que al principio mi perro lo mordió, se lo retiró cada que termina de comer. El tamaño que pedí era pequeño y aún así esta más grande de lo que me esperaba, para razas pequeño a mediano En la parte de abajo tiene como antiderrapante o goma para que no se le sea tan fácil de mover. Cumple su función, mi perro comía todas sus croquetas en 1-2 min y ahora lo hace en más tiempo 7-10 min. Recomendable para cachorros para que aprendas a comer más despacio.
