A Victorian Dollhouse Hardcover – Pop up, January 1, 1991

What a gorgeous piece of art. It almost feels odd to gift it to a child, but I know it will be well loved. The book is really well conceived and crafted, with doors that open into other rooms, cabinets that open and close and more. The stairs, bunk beds and chandelier are especially fun. We feel lucky to have gotten a new copy at a great price. (Plus, it saves a lot of space compared to a dollhouse!)I was so impressed I found another title, out of print, by the same publishers and purchased.

This doll house is perfect I love it. It had no damage that I can find yay!

I’ve waited a long time for one of these. It’s a full four page, two floor doll house. Each area has extra fold open windows and various things in the rooms. Some of them pop up. It’s very cute! I do wish the floors were a bit more stable, but since the whole thing has to fold into a book, it makes sense. It’s an unusual book that’s a happy addition to my book collection.

Very cute right room Victorian paper fool house. I was disappointed that paper dolls weren't included. I ordered a Victorian doll family paper book but they are too tall for the doll house.

I had one of these as a kid. I was excited to find it. There were just a few pieces I had to glue together with the hot glue gun. One small piece that is torn out....I am thinking it was a toy box in the childrens' bedroom. Very satisfied with my purchase. The shipment was slow but that is to be expected with media mail. Thanks so much! My girls are fascinated with this book too. It definitely has found a forever home and will probably be passed down through each of them as long as it holds up.

I realized the pop up book would have a problem so I selected a hire priced one which was missing the most important element.

Very nice 3-D dollhouse with a Victorian flair. Well-designed and sturdy. I got a good price on it as well, and it's something to take out and have fun with 12 months a year. I may decorate it at holiday time and use if for a centerpiece. SO adorable and educational...good for quiet playing and for adults like me who never grew up and away from dollhouses, dolls and fun.

The condition is not good. There are many torn places. But I understand it because the price is so cheap.
