These XLRs our nothing short of amazing, I was trying to find a solution to a problem I have been having for a while now. I have a rack flight case where on the top I have a 16 channel audio mixer, every time I came to pack equipment away. I would have to remove all of the XLRs from the top of the mixer to be able to put the lid of the flight case on, this product is absolutely amazing, each packet comes with one XLR and one very small, Allen key which is used not only to lock the top of the XLR on, but also to hold the location of where the wire comes out, so you can pretty much lock the exit of the cable at any orientation you wish which is perfect, they are very easy to solder to with good quality terminals and took me literally two minutes to put together. Anyone searching for a product like this having a similar problem as I have then looked no further these are the solution! I cannot fault this product at all, simply perfect! it’s as if it was designed by me for this problem!

with some of the new economical digital amps now offering balanced inputs, some of us will need these plugs baldy as standard ones take too much space.

Right size to fit inside my equipment rack lid and be able to unplug/plug-in. I use these on my XR-18 for my 6 wireless mics and 5 wireless XLRs. They work great, easier to solder to the pins than other flimsy XLR connectors, they are more beefy. I'm seeing a good 2-3 ohm connection with my meter after soldering. I very happy with the product.

These saved me 1 rack space in my road case. I have my mixer on a sliding shelf at the top of my fx/power amp rack. These reduced the amount of space needed above the mixer by at least 1 rack space.Good quality construction. No "buzzes" or noise from the cables I made up. Nice that you can choose the direction the cable exits the housing too. A++++

Non ho mai pagato cosí tanto per un unico connettore... ma in commercio non ho trovato alternative. Ad ogni modo, la qualità é indiscutibile e il connettore mi ha permesso di terminare egregiamente la mia pedaliera effetti, con una ottimizzazione degli spazi che non avrei ottenuto con connettori standard. Per me la spesa é stata piú che soddisfacente.

Vale la pena pero el tornillo exagonal debería ser un poco mas grande.
