My 11 yo is getting tired of legos and this seemed like a good progression. It’s perfect! It’s real building. It takes time, patience, and critical thinking. It’s has instructions but there’s room for creativity and making it your own. It’s not necessarily about doing it exactly right, it’s about building and creating and seeing what happens. It’s simple for younger builders, but is interesting for us adults. I highly recommend!

I bought saw these sets in person a few months ago and couldn't stop thinking about them. As I couldn't remember what they were called months later finding them was a little difficult. I am very pleased I did though. The blocks are nice and strong and making the product was easy. But the thing i am most excited about is how durable they are. I will be making all kinds of structures for a long time to come.

The bricks are small but look and feel real and are constructed from gypsum which is a non-toxic soft sulfate mineral. This castle kit is exactly what I expected based on the online description. My 9-year-old grandson loves to build things and has been building this castle on and off for the last couple of months with a friend. He promised the friend they will build it together so only when they can get together does it get worked on. So far they still have plenty of bricks left and are having no problem following the instruction manual. It is better that they take their time giving the glue plenty of time to dry. You get two bottles of water-based glue which is more than enough to secure your bricks. The box states there are 1080 pieces but nowhere could I find a list of the contents. In our kit, there were three same size large bags of bricks, 3 medium size individual bags of smaller bricks in light gray and pinkish colors, and 4 small individual bags of smaller tiles in dark gray, light gray, and pinkish. You also get a thin cardboard base for use in positioning your bricks during the building process and a sticker for the door when the castle is completed. I think a list of the contents is important and needs to be included. The kids are having great fun building this castle and I would have given it 5 stars if the contents were included in the manual. I will update you with more information and pictures when the castle is completed.

Pretty sure this isn’t the castle. Maybe next time I try to order the castle, we will get the castle. Cool otherwise.

Not a simple build at all. I feel that it is somewhat misleading. I was expecting a Lego type of build but was shocked to see that the blocks are simple and plain. Not a fan of glue at all. I will attempt the build and will update the review after I complete the build.

Love this building but I ran out of the blocks so I could not finish. I still give this a five star.

My 8 year old loves this castle. I like that it is more challenging than legos and requires more patience, like building something real. The product came timely and ready to go.
