MY/3 Cup Holder

Very useful accessory for the Tesla. I love how it fits for cans and bottles and cleaning is easier than how grimy the cup holders usually are.

Spigen always makes good stuff and this is no different. This definitely holds cups nice and snug but it doesn't increase the size of cups that you can hold. If you need something that would allow you to hold larger cup sizes you need to get an adjustable cup holder insert to work in conjunction with this. Like others have mentioned, if the cup fits a little too snug, it can lift this insert out with it. But unless you get an insert made out of plastic that can be held in place with double sided tape or a clip, this is going to be an issue with any silicone insert. Overall this is a good solution to a common issue with Tesla cupholders.

It’s a lie… in the product description where it shows a measurement of 3.5” diameter of the inside of the cupholder (liner?). I have a 40 oz mug. It has the design that looks like they joined a bigger mug on top of a smaller mug. The very top measures 4” on diameter and narrows slightly as you go down about two thirds of the way. Then it narrows sharply for a bit, before narrowing gradually again the rest of the way down, ending at 3”. If you ignore the top portion starting with where it charges drastically in diameter, the bottom portion only goes from 3” to maybe 3.1”. Since I couldn’t measure it directly, I used a tailor tape measure to get the circumference of 10”m which mathematically gives about 3.1” diameter. When I put the mug in, it stops before bottoming out or reaching the part that changes size drastically. Maybe, if they meant a cup that starts at 4” at the top and shrinks as you go down, but they shouldn’t’ have put 3.5” in the image that more definitely indicates the size of the inside diameter of the product. That lengthy CON done with, it’s the only one of three cupholder liners I’ve bought that works with my mug. The other two are way too snug… so much so, that they pop out of the cup holder with my mug and I have to struggle to pull it off the mug instead. Not ideal while driving, even when stopped at a light. You might think that if it’s that tight, wouldn’t it be fine without a liner? I would agree, except for the rattling against the (plastic) cupholder that my (metal) mug does every time the car shakes from a bump or something. If this hadn’t worked, I was going to just stuff a couple of layers of electric tape or something on the cupholder, but I would prefer to keep the “jank” to a minimum. I don’t mind “MacGyvering” stuff, but I’d prefer keeping things looking nicer if possible.

I like this drink holder cover a lot, albeit I can no longer put my phone there to charge with the cable since it block the center opening. The cover is very easy to slip in and out for installing and cleaning. Sometimes it can come out along with the tumbler if the tumbler tightly fit into the holder. No biggies since it can fall right back into drink holder again nicely.

Finally! I've tried several of the cupholder inserts for the Model Y (mine is a 2023), and this one is the winner. It fits perfectly, stays inserted, and keeps the cups from rattling around. Worth the extra $ given the performance. This is true for some of the other Spine accessories for the Model Y.

Again a great quality product from Spigen but poor planning. The Tesla Model Y cupholders are very slim as they are from the manufacturer. The Spigen cupholder sleeve adds a lot of bulk to them and what fits snug without the extra sleeve does't fit with the sleeve. I bought from a competitor and it's much better. Does not add so much material to the cupholder so more fits in.

Es más caro que otros equivalentes, pero el aspecto y materiales se ven muy integrados en tu Tesla y con el acabado de aspecto fibra de carbono queda muy bien.

De cupholder past perfect. Kleinere blikjes als Redbull zullen nog steeds wat bewegingsvrijheid hebben maar normale grootte blikjes zitten goed. Door de rubber hoor je de blikjes ook niet meer tegen de rand tikken als ze toch bewegen (zoals die Redbull). Prima product!

Tired a couple of cheap alternatives first; will be sticking with this Spigen version now. Great quality. Easy to clean. Perfect fit.
