Not really the best of anything
Not really the best of anything. One of those awful 1970s type 'pretend porn' movies, awfully shot, and a very poor transfer to DVD and goes on about an hour too long! There is some semblance of a story behind each vignette, some being more bearable (or should that be bareable!) than others. Do not waste your money unless you are addicted to old films, rubbish films, or the 70s! However......for me personally it served it's purpose as all I wanted was the theme song by Samantha Jones over the titles, and then found out that my cousin was an actress in one of the stories, so I was happy with it.

sadly,dissapointing
being a collector of the saucy 1970`s sex comedies,and also the films of the late derek ford,seen a dvd advertised of commuter husbands,being a collector of pre-cert videos(videos produced before 1983),and as the video version was deleted and unavaliable,opted to buy a copy of this to fill the gaps in my very large collection,and sadly,must admit to being disapointed with the quality of print,mainly due to it being a low stock quality,and seemes to be a poor vhs to dvd dupe.company have also released,(from memory),amongst others, under the doctor,keep it up nurse,and suburban wives,the latter being the worst ive seen!only consider buying,if your desparate to see the films,or get onto ebay,and look for an original video

Commuter Husbands..
The picture quality on this disc is absolutely dire,imagine a third generation video cassette dupe from an already poor source and your there.To be honest this disc as at least put me off buying any others from Televista"Under The Doctor","Whats Up Nurse" etc...i'd advise anyone thinking of buying this or others from them to either wait for a official UK release(maybe..?)or pick up a cheap dvdr off ebay,which are at least made from a previous first generation 80's vhs/beta release...

This was the worst purchase I have ever made from Amazon, the picture quality is terrible the sound is pathetic and it was so difficult to hear there was really little point trying to watch it. This is a very old movie filmed in the 70's and repackaged. A bit of a scam if you ask me
