Present for my daughter
Nice present for my daughter for us to do together. Slightly repetitive on some of the activities and had a couple of typos but we enjoyed using it

Americanised, and pages are falling out after writing in only a couple of pages. I don't recommend.
This book is okay for finding out about each other. It has lots of fun 'Mum's favourite' 'Daughter's favourite' and such like. Unfortunately it doesn't have a diary journalling element to it that I was wanting, but I've bought another one for that.It's very Americanised with the questioning and choices (spellings and meanings). It hasn't put me off as I cross out the Americanisms and write in the UK equivalent, but I shouldn't have to. They could easily have created a UK version.We have been enjoying filling a few pages of this in tonight, but I'm really dissapointed that the pages have started to fall out of it, and we're only just on the starting pages. We might have to dissect it and put it in a ring binder for safe keeping. I wouldn't recommend it on that basis, there are probably better quality books to choose from.

Poor font, difficult to read
Great idea, but the font I found really difficult to read, so it wasn’t as pleasant as it should be. Having said that, I have persevered and spent some lovely times chatting with my daughter. It just felt hard work, and it was very American which kind of got in the way a bit.
