I actually bought this book for my teacher leadership specialist course. It has been a great read for anyone looking to head in any type of leadership in education. Lots of great insite and practical thoughts and ideas.

I bought this book as an extra for my graduate class and am using in my job. Great insight.

Also it smells really perfume-like. While the book is fine, it A. diminishes my sell back value and B. gives me a headache to read.
