The shrimp arrived safe. They were very well packed in an ice cooler box with a cold pack. All of them survived except for one shrimp. They are all very beautiful and active.I let them acclimate to the temperature of the tank, then put them in the tank. They are thriving and loving their new home.I would definitely buy shrimp from this seller again.

Very high recommendation. I Purchased 20 red cherry shrimp. Package arrived a day early. Packaging was top tier with perfect insulation and two heat packs. Shrimp were bagged with both a bit of vegetation to munch on and some plastic mesh to grab onto.Only lost a couple in transit, better than I expected under stressful conditions.Lost a couple during the first few days, again to be expected. Two weeks later and the remaining majority are thriving and happily munching on algea, keeping my plants noticeably cleaner. They have also grown in size and I've seen a few baby shrimp...though I'm sure they'll be a treat for my community fish.Definitely recommend the seller. I will purchase again and wish they also carried nerite snails. 🐌

This order of 20 Fire Red Neos were the first and only shrimp added to my (cycled) tank.- No other snails, shrimp, or fish.- Perfect parameters.-Drip acclimated over several hours.- high death rate upon arrival.- no obvious signs of illness or parasite, but questionable general health (not super vibrant, somewhat lethargic, seemed to be older adults, etc).- sold as high grade fire red per description, however these are probably closer to mid grade imo.- didn’t quarantine since there were no other livestock in the tank.One month later, I have 9 adult shrimp left. That’s not the worst part however…- some started showing signs Scutariella.- had to purchase aquarium salt, quarantine supplies, medications, etc.- had to be ultra cautious and perform even more tank maintenance multiple times per day to try to mitigate spread and pull molts out.- THEN I SPOTTED CLADOGONIUM.- usually a death sentence for shrimp.- can wipe out entire colonies.- spores hide in substrate.- can be invisible for months before turning bright green. Is considered full blown infection at this point… when it is usually too late to help.- prevents reproduction.- very few remedies available. What is available can also cause shrimp death and has poor results anyway.So now not only do I have very few shrimp left, but they aren’t breeding, I have spent LOTS of money on remedies for lower quality shrimp, and I can’t even buy more for this tank because they would likely become infected with clado as well. If I nuke this tank and start over I’m looking at several more months to fully cycle again…This is definitely a case of “you get what you pay for.” I wish I would have invested in higher quality local shrimp instead.

It came a day late even through expressed shipping, that wasn’t the sellers fault because they shipped it almost immediately after I ordered the shrimps. All of them survived but one, very happy with this purchase thank you! P.s don’t worry about the angelfish eating them they have more than enough hiding places to thrive. Excited to see if they’ll make babies one day ❤️!

Just an edit: today I found 8 more dead. Can you cancel my new order, I can afford to keep replacing them. TBH I’m so sad they’re nocturnal and not just sleeping.Edit; it’s my fault I didn’t let them know, but all are dead except 4. This is an established cycled planted tank. I even prepped with calcium, blanched green beans etc. sometimes they just die.That’s why I cancelled my second order. I spent $35 on these guys. So sadThanks for the 4 I have now they’re cute.
