Step N' Sort The 18.5 Gallon Extra Large Capacity, Soft-Step, Dual Trash and Recycling Bin with Removable Inner Bins, Grey

This trash can is sturdy, spacious, and looks great in my kitchen. The step pedal works smoothly, and the large capacity means fewer trips to empty it. It helps keep waste organized and the modern design fits perfectly with my decor. Excellent quality and value!

Perfect! This is exactly what we were looking for! It suits our kitchen well, extremely sturdy, and easy to use! The pedals work exceptionally well and I love having the recycling one beside the trash can! The soft closing lids are phenomenal and it holds our 13 gallon bags well! Great condition and the pedal even says which one is recycling so no need to add stickers if you want it to have that clean look!

Perfect size for my Brooklyn apartment kitchen. The dual compartment design is great for separating trash and recycling without needing two separate cans taking up floor space. The step pedal works smoothly and the lid closes softly without slamming. 18.5 gallons is generous enough that I'm not taking the trash out every single day. The stainless steel finish looks clean and modern. Fingerprints do show up on it but a quick wipe takes care of that. The inner buckets lift out easily for cleaning and bag changes. Solid kitchen trash can that does exactly what it should.

This is a nice-looking item that seems solidly built. I personally like that it’s a bit shorter than my last one, which means it doesn’t get blocked by the windowsill that’s above it. When you add a bag, you have to make sure to seat the inner container fully to make sure the lid closes, but that’s easy enough to do.

I generally don't write any form of reviews, especially not for a trashcan but I felt the need after my interaction with customer service. We've had this trashcan for about 2/3 years and it has held up great it does all the things you want a trashcan to do and easily allows us to separate materials etc. Well after the years, and my 2 year old stomping the pedal, the lids brackets finally broke off - the lid is attached via a plastic bracket with a screw in post that snapped. I contacted the company to purchase new lids and they sent them out free of charge even after any form of warranty. Pretty rare these days and much appreciated.

Wish we would have done this sooner. Each side holds a considerable amount of trash/recyclables. Standard 13 gallon bags for the trash is great. Bags are a little tricksy to get in there, and a little tricksy to get out because of the handle, but if you wrap and stuff the excess before dropping the can in it's really not as bad as some make it sound. My only wish is that it was a little more customizable. We use the left side for our trash so that it isn't against the wall, and the foot pedal has the recycle mark. I wish those foot pedals were interchangeable, or attached by the user when doing the zero assembly that is required.

decent size, easy to clean however getting the plastic bins back into the housing is a process/annoying

I loved the slick and clean modern look of it. Saves me from having two separate containers.

Amazing kitchen bin! Easy to use and doesnt take up a lot of space in the kitchen. Easy to pull out the bin liners and put them back in.

I bought this a year ago and i love it. I don't have much space in my condo so this let's you have both recycling and garbage in one spot. This dual-compartment trash bin is really convenient, especially for a busy kitchen. I like that it has two separate 35L sections, so you can keep garbage and recycling in one place without needing two different bins. The step pedals make it easy to use hands-free, which is great when you’re cooking or cleaning. The soft-close lids are also a nice touch because they don’t slam shut, and the removable inner buckets make emptying and changing bags much easier. The stainless steel design looks clean and modern, and the rectangular shape fits nicely against a wall or cabinet without taking up too much space. Overall, it’s a solid, practical bin for anyone who wants a cleaner and more organized kitchen setup.

Bought this for my mum & dad they love it sturdy with soft close highly recommend

Sturdy and looks great, big enough

**update: still loving this garbage can system! I use one side as a compost bin and use the large bin liners inside. Because the liners are so large it often takes me a few days to fill them enough to take them outside to the bigger green bin. Unfortunately this sometimes means the bags start disintegrating at the bottom leaving a mess at the bottom of the bin. have discovered a handy hack for keeping the bags from breaking down though! The drink holders you get when you go through the drive/thru fit perfectly in the bottom! Toss it in upside down and put the bin liner on top. This will keep the compost bag from sticking to the plastic bin and making a mess! The cardboard tray is compostable too so you can just toss the whole thing in the green bin. Just had to share! 😊 I’ve only used this for a couple of weeks but I am loving it. The large capacity means I don’t have to constantly change out the bags. I use one side for garbage and the other side for compost with a large compost bin liners I purchase from Costco. It’s perfect size for kitchen compost scraps if you’re like me and do a lot of meal prep. It sure beats having to empty those mini buckets for kitchen scraps constantly! The bins don’t emit any odour when closed. Best of all, my dog cannot get into this bin. The lids close flush with the top of the unit. The bags are a bit tricky to get in but it’s really not that bad and well worth the extra effort. Happy with my purchase!
