I purchased this adjustable bed wedge to help with my severe shoulder pains and occasional back pain, and it has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. The fact that it’s adjustable is a major plus—you can easily change the angle to suit your needs whether you’re sleeping, reading, or watching TV in bed.The memory foam top layer is super comfortable, and it provides just the right amount of support without feeling too firm. I also appreciate that the cover is removable and washable, which makes cleaning simple.What I didn’t expect was how versatile this wedge is—I’ve used it under my knees for leg elevation, and it’s been just as effective. I bought the Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow set after a small abdominal procedure because I had to sleep on my back while healing (I’m normally a side sleeper). These pillows were an absolute lifesaver.The incline gave me just the right amount of support to keep pressure off my abdomen, and I didn’t wake up feeling stiff or sore like I did with regular pillows. The memory foam is firm enough to keep its shape but still soft and comfortable. I also love that the pieces can be adjusted or used separately depending on what feels best that night.Not only did it make sleeping more comfortable, but it also made getting in and out of bed so much easier during my recovery. Even now that I’m healed, I find myself still using it to read or watch TV in bed because the support is that good.If you’re recovering from surgery or just need a comfortable back-sleeping setup, this pillow set is worth every penny.

This is a great pillow very comfortable. And does what I want it to do. The only down side to this is the Velcro on the sides of the pillow that are there for the neck pillow to attach to can sometimes be irritating when you lay down as its a hard Velcro not a soft one so it pokes you when you sleep or just laying down. It took some getting use to for me to enjoy this pillow. Other then that it's very useful in helping with keeping yourself elevated with our sagging and the half circle neck pillow is useful for extra support of if you just want a pillow to rest your leg on.

I cannot type enough good things about this wedge. It is so comfortable, and the firmness is perfect! I don't get too hot with it, it is extremely functional, and the shape retention is amazing. I haven't traveled with it, but it has a handle that seems like it would be easy to travel with. It gives amazing support whether lying down or using it for a backrest. It has alleviated quite a bit of pain.

This pillow is worth the money! I ordered it for post-operation recovery. It has helped me through my sinus surgery & tonsillectomy recovery. Better than competitors because this one includes a neck support pillow that is fully adjustable. Perfect combo of firm and soft. I’m a side sleeper typically and it is comfortable for both back and side sleeping.I used a fitted bedsheet as a “pillowcase.” For anyone needing to lay with their elevated don’t hesitate just buy it.

For context, I am a side/belly sleeper, so this was going to be quite an adjustment for me, having to sleep on my back for the next 2+ months...if not even longer! Also, I have had lower back pain for the last 4+ years, most likely attributed to my sleeping on my belly.This product is given 5 stars, but I'd like to give it 4.5. It is VERY comfortable and I have not slept in any other position following my surgery, which was 2 weeks ago. I recently went on a quick staycation and took the pillow with me - it's THAT good!The only issue I have with it is more of a design flaw. There are large velcro areas on the side of the main part of the pillow, which are very uncomfortable to have your arms on for an extended period of time. I've since put a sheet over the top of the pillow, which has helped with the issue.If you are in the market for a pillow post-surgery, this pillow should be in your cart, and you should pull the trigger on this pillow. I plan on using this pillow long after my recovery period, as my lower back pain has, in essence, gone away since sleeping on my back.

Very nice.. recovering from thyroid surgery & was very comfortable for me

We got this as a comfortable way for my fiancé to be propped up while recovering from illness.It does what it is needed for. I didn't noticed much of a smell and any smell that was there dissipated pretty soon after opening it. Maybe a day.It came in a very small package and inflated rather quickly.The instructions say to leave it to expand for what feels like an absurdly long time.We let ours go an hour. Works fine.The covers come off easily and I just threw them in the wash with the other laundry. Just hung them up to dry after I stead of risking the. In the dryer.It's sturdy and provides excellent support.My only draw back is the foam has already started to discolor. Which, overall is no problem. Foam rarely retains its color without yellowing this one just seemed to do it rather quickly on the edges.Other than that, it is as good if not better than one twice the price.
